On July 14, multiple social media users reported that the Coinbase platform has opened registration for users from mainland China. Verified by Wu Blockchain with Coinbase staff, the information is confirmed to be true. Users can now complete platform verification using Chinese ID cards and mainland China addresses, replacing the previous requirement of a Chinese passport plus a Hong Kong address.
