巴基斯坦外交部於21日發布聲明指出，巴基斯坦總理夏巴茲·謝裏夫與陸軍參謀長穆尼爾已啟程前往瑞士，出席有關落實美伊諒解備忘錄的高層會談。伊朗、卡達、美國的高級代表團也將一同參與本次會議。

巴外交部表示，本次會談是自6月17日美伊諒解備忘錄簽署以來，三方首次展開正式面對面磋商。巴基斯坦會持續給予支持，全力推進美伊諒解備忘錄完整落地執行。

Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement on the 21st, saying Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Army Chief Munir have departed for Switzerland to attend high-level talks concerning the implementation of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding. Senior delegations from Iran, Qatar and the United States will also take part in the talks.

The Foreign Ministry noted that this meeting marks the first formal face-to-face consultation since the US-Iran memorandum was signed on June 17. Pakistan will keep offering support and fully promote the full execution of the US-Iran memorandum of understanding.
