根據央視新聞消息，伊朗武裝部隊哈塔姆安比亞中央總部於當地時間20日對外宣布，霍爾木茲海峽全面禁止各類船隻通行。

伊朗武裝部隊哈塔姆安比亞中央總部當日發布聲明表示，美國公然違背承諾，未落實用以終止戰爭之諒解備忘錄第一條款；加上以色列持續違反停火協議，屢次襲擊黎巴嫩南部，造成大量黎巴嫩平民喪生、數十萬人流離失所，且以軍至今尚未撤出黎巴嫩南部，基於以上種種狀況，正式宣布封鎖霍爾木茲海峽，禁止所有船隻航行。

聲明同時強調，本次封鎖僅是針對敵方違約行動的第一階段回應。倘若侵略行為持續，伊朗將採取更多進一步手段，迫使對方履行相關承諾。

消息釋出後比特幣價格急速跳水，漲幅自先前超過2%收窄至僅0.9%。其餘多數加密貨幣雖維持上漲走勢，但漲幅普遍明顯縮減。截稿前，全球加密市場累計逾6.7萬人發生強平爆倉。

In a statement released the same day, the headquarters pointed out that the United States had blatantly broken its promises and failed to implement Clause 1 of the memorandum of understanding aimed at ending the war. In addition, Israel has repeatedly violated the ceasefire agreement by launching constant attacks on southern Lebanon, killing numerous Lebanese civilians and displacing hundreds of thousands of people, while Israeli troops have yet to withdraw from southern Lebanon. On these grounds, it officially announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz to all ships.

The statement stressed that this is only the first response to the opposing parties’ breaches of agreement. If acts of aggression continue, further measures will be taken to force the other side to honor its commitments.

Bitcoin plunged rapidly after the news, with its gain shrinking from over 2% to merely 0.9%. Most other cryptocurrencies remained in positive territory but saw notable pullbacks in their growth rates. As of press time, more than 67,000 traders across the global crypto market faced forced liquidations.
