近日，加特全力打造專屬線下培訓教學基地，推動「加特小課堂」線下場地落地升級。

在**翟安陽翟總、劉輝劉總**等人的共同統籌推進與精心佈置下，目前場地佈置、設備配套、課程體系、教學流程等各項籌備工作已全部收尾到位，一切準備就緒。

此次線下培訓基地的落成，是繼線上特訓營之後，加特完善人才賦能體系、深耕團隊教育的重要佈局。未來基地將常態化開展線下教學培訓，落地專業課程分享，持續為全體社區骨幹與市場夥伴輸出高品質教學內容，統一團隊共識、夯實專業基礎、深化生態認知。

Recently, Gart has spared no effort to build exclusive offline training venues and upgrade the offline service of Gart Mini Classroom.

Under the overall planning and careful arrangement led by Mr. Zhai Anyang and Mr. Liu Hui, all preparatory work including venue layout, equipment matching, curriculum system and teaching procedures has been completed successfully.

The completion of this offline training base marks an important layout for Gart to improve talent training system and strengthen team education following the online training camps.
