Mohsen Rezaei, military advisor to Iran’s Supreme Leader and former commander-in-chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, stated on July 14 that the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States no longer exists, and the two sides have officially entered a state of war.
