The Ethereum Foundation (EF) released its new organizational structure, stating that a months-long restructuring process has been finished. According to EF, five core work clusters will be established after the reshuffle: Protocol Layer, Access Layer, User Layer, Community Layer and Institutional Layer, alongside an Operations Cluster and management support teams. A total of 54 staff members will leave the organization, accounting for roughly 20% of EF’s total workforce. Affected employees will receive severance pay and transition support. The EF noted that the streamlined post-restructuring organization will focus more tightly on core priorities.
