香港特區政府宣布成功發行約 100 億港元等值的數位綠色債券，涵蓋港元、人民幣、美元及歐元四種幣種。債券定價包括：港元二年期票息 2.5%、人民幣五年期 1.9%、美元三年期 3.633%、歐元四年期 2.512%。本次為第三次数位債券發行，首次引入港元和人民幣代幣化央行貨幣交收，總認購總額超 1300 億港元。

The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) announced the successful issuance of digital green bonds worth approximately HK\(10 billion equivalent, covering four currencies: Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), Renminbi (RMB), US Dollar (USD), and Euro (EUR). The bond pricing includes: a 2.5% coupon rate for the 2-year HKD-denominated bonds, 1.9% for the 5-year RMB-denominated bonds, 3.633% for the 3-year USD-denominated bonds, and 2.512% for the 4-year EUR-denominated bonds. This marks the third issuance of digital bonds, and for the first time, tokenized central bank money settlement in HKD and RMB is introduced. The total subscription amount exceeds HK\)130 billion.
