The weekly trading volume of Korea’s five major regulated crypto exchanges (Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, Gopax) has declined for five consecutive weeks and fallen below the 10 trillion KRW threshold. Data shows that between July 3 and July 10, total weekly turnover reached approximately 9.9676 trillion KRW, down 25.75% week-on-week from the prior week (13.4 trillion KRW). Compared with early June (17.7 trillion KRW), the monthly decline totals 43.5%. This marks the first dip below 10 trillion KRW since late September 2023, hitting the lowest level in roughly 2 years and 9 months. In terms of market share, Upbit remains first at 63.02%, though its share dropped by 3.95 percentage points week-on-week.
