7月6日，螞蟻數科、艾德金融及磐睿資本聯合公告，三方已簽署合作諒解備忘錄（Memorandum of Understanding，簡稱MOU）。三方建立聚焦新能源與區塊鏈金融領域的合作夥伴關係，共同探索香港全境綠色能源產業透過區塊鏈技術賦能的發展模式。

本次合作可望加速香港新能源產業規模化發展。藉由區塊鏈去中心化、可追溯的技術特性，能夠提升ESG及綠色項目的資訊透明度與市場公信力。

三方均期待本次合作進一步鞏固香港作為國際綠色金融與金融創新樞紐的核心地位。

On July 6, Ant Digital Tech, Aide Financial and Panrui Capital jointly announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The three parties formed a partnership focusing on new energy and blockchain finance, and will jointly explore blockchain-enabled development paths for the green energy sector across Hong Kong.

The cooperation is expected to accelerate the scaled expansion of Hong Kong’s new energy industry. Leveraging the decentralized and traceable features of blockchain technology, it can boost transparency and credibility for ESG and green projects.

All parties expect this initiative to further consolidate Hong Kong’s core position as an international hub for green finance and financial innovation.
