幣安已通知歐盟地區客戶，因未能取得MiCA執照，將自下周起停止提供服務。自7月1日起，所有在歐盟經營的加密貨幣企業都必須持有MiCA牌照，否則將面臨處罰。

幣安上周在希臘申請全歐盟通用牌照遭到駁回，現計劃轉向法國重新遞交申請。波蘭、義大利、西班牙與法國的客戶本週已經收到資金提領指引。

幣安補充說，部分使用者或會在7月1日之前受到業務調整影響，但平台並未強製要求用戶在此日期前提款，所有使用者的資產依舊安全無虞。

Binance has notified EU customers that it will suspend services starting next week due to the lack of a MiCA license. Starting July 1, all crypto firms operating within the EU must hold a MiCA license or face penalties.

Binance’s application for an EU-wide license in Greece was rejected last week. The platform now plans to file a new application in France. Customers from Poland, Italy, Spain and France have received withdrawal instructions this week.

Binance stated that some users may be affected before July 1, yet it is not mandatory for users to withdraw funds before the deadline, and all user assets remain safe.
