近日，加特傳奇深圳事業部團隊骨幹一行，遠赴廣西南寧，為加特傳奇神話遊戲社區開展專項落地賦能工作，助力區域社區數位化、專業化營運升級。

本次線下下沉賦能緊扣社區實際發展需求，聚焦兩大核心重點開展落地輔導。一是深度貼合社區日常營運場景，精準梳理當前營運痛點，優化社區營運體系，夯實區域營運基礎；二是針對社區數位人營運實操開展全方位專項賦能，系統梳理數位人創作、營運、落地推廣全流程技巧，規範實操標準，全面提升社區團隊數位人項目實操能力與落地效率。

本次跨區域賦能有效補齊了南寧社區數位化營運短板，打通了總部先進營運經驗與地方社區的落地通道。未來，加特傳奇深圳事業部將持續深耕一線、下沉賦能，持續推進各區域社區數位化升級，全方位助力全國遊戲社區高品質協同發展。

Recently, core staff from the Shenzhen Division of Gart Legend traveled to Nanning, Guangxi, to carry out targeted on-site empowerment for the Myth Game Community of Gart Legend, facilitating the digital and professional upgrading of regional community operations.

Centered on the community’s practical development demands, the offline field empowerment covers two key priorities. First, align with daily community operation scenarios, sort out existing operational bottlenecks and optimize the operation system to consolidate regional development foundations. Second, deliver all-round practical training on digital human operation, including full-process skills of digital human creation, management and market promotion, unify operational specifications and improve the team’s practical capability and project implementation efficiency.

The cross-regional empowerment fixes weak points in Nanning’s digital community operation and realizes the transfer of mature headquarters experience to grassroots sites. Going forward, the Shenzhen Division will keep field visits and targeted empowerment to advance digital transformation across all communities and drive the high-quality coordinated development of game communities nationwide.
