幣安已與菲律賓在地企業 BlockShoals Technologies 展開合作，佈局菲律賓市場。BlockShoals 指出，該公司已依據菲律賓證券交易委員會（SEC）針對加密資產服務商的相關規範，註冊成為加密資產中介機構，並擔任幣安在當地的服務合作夥伴。雙方說明，本次合作已與菲律賓證券交易委員會歷經兩年以上的監管溝通，並於2025年11月取得進入監管沙盒的原則性核準。

Binance has partnered with Philippine local firm BlockShoals Technologies to expand its presence in the Philippines. BlockShoals announced that it has registered as a Crypto Asset Intermediary in compliance with the crypto asset service rules set by the Philippines SEC, and will act as Binance's local service provider. The two parties revealed that they have maintained regulatory communications with the Philippines SEC for over two years regarding this cooperation, and obtained in-principle approval to enter the regulatory sandbox in November 2025.
