美國證券交易委員會（SEC）與商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）已簽署諒解備忘錄（MOU），將在監管職權重疊領域加強合作，包括加密資產監管。

依據協議，兩大機構將共享數據與資源、定期召開聯合會議，並在執法行動、產品審核及政策解釋等方面進行協調，同時開放部分機構進行雙重註冊。文件亦將「為加密資產及其他新興技術建立合適的監管框架」列為核心目標之一。

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen cooperation in areas where their regulatory responsibilities overlap, including the regulation of crypto assets.

Under the agreement, the two agencies will share data and resources, hold regular joint meetings, and coordinate on enforcement actions, product approvals, and policy interpretations, while allowing dual registration for some entities. The document also lists 'establishing appropriate regulatory frameworks for crypto assets and other emerging technologies' as one of its core objectives.
