Trump stated that he has held talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on issues pertaining to Greenland and the broader Arctic region, and a preliminary framework for a future agreement has been established. In light of this progress, the tariff measures originally set to take effect on February 1 will be temporarily not implemented. Relevant parties will also continue to conduct consultations on the 'Golden Dome' matter involving Greenland.
