據 Techub News 報導，港股上市公司新火科技控股有限公司已依據《穩定幣條例》，在香港面向專業投資者開展部分虛擬資產場外交易業務（OTC），為符合資質的專業投資者提供 USDT、USDC 等幣種的場外交易服務。根據《穩定幣條例》第 9 條，目前僅「認許提供者」可要約提供指明穩定幣，其中包括持有香港證監會第 1 類牌照的機構。公開資料顯示，新火科技旗下新火資產管理（香港）有限公司已持有第 1、4、9 類牌照。

According to a report by Techub News, New Fire Technology Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed company (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), has launched part of its virtual asset over-the-counter (OTC) trading business in Hong Kong for professional investors in accordance with the Stablecoin Ordinance. The company provides OTC trading services for currencies such as USDT and USDC to eligible professional investors.

Pursuant to Section 9 of the Stablecoin Ordinance, only 'authorized providers' may offer specified stablecoins by invitation at present, which include institutions holding Type 1 licenses issued by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. Public information shows that New Fire Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of New Fire Technology, already holds Type 1, Type 4, and Type 9 licenses.
