阿聯酋財政部已簽署加密資產申報框架（CARF）多邊協議，計畫自2027年起實施新的加密資產稅務申報規則，並於2028年開始與國際稅務機構共享交易資訊。與此同時，自9月15日起，財政部就相關實施細則展開為期八週的業界諮詢，邀請加密貨幣服務供應商反饋新規對合規與營運的影響。

The Ministry of Finance of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has signed the Crypto-Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) Multilateral Agreement. It plans to implement new crypto-asset tax declaration rules starting from 2027 and begin sharing transaction information with international tax authorities in 2028. Meanwhile, starting from September 15, the Ministry of Finance has launched an eight-week industry consultation on relevant implementation details, inviting crypto service providers to provide feedback on the impact of the new rules on compliance and operations.
