Xinhuo Technology Holdings disclosed in an announcement that it expects to invest approximately $12 million in the next two years in matters related to applying for the Hong Kong Virtual Asset Trading Platform (VATP) license. The company has formulated a dual-path strategy: either directly applying for the VATP license or first obtaining the VASP license before proceeding with the VATP application. The company is also evaluating accelerating its layout by acquiring Hong Kong platforms that have already submitted applications or hold licenses, aiming to strengthen its compliance foundation and customer service capabilities.
