Arthur Hayes, a well-known figure in the cryptocurrency field, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer of Maelstrom and is the co-founder and former CEO of Bitcoin derivatives exchange BitMEX.  

In his latest blog post, Arthur Hayes predicts that the year-end targets are Bitcoin at $250,000 and Ethereum at $10,000. He stated that the upcoming Ethereum bull market will completely ignite the market, and Maelstrom (his personal family office) is engaging in all activities related to Ethereum, DeFi, and ERC-20 'junk tokens.'
