據SBS Biz報道，韓國數字資產交易所聯盟（DAXA）發布《虛擬資產經營者電子系統運營與用戶保護模範指引》，將於今年7月起實施。該指引首次明確交易所在系統故障情況下的賠償責任，並強化服務連續性、內部控製及信息安全等要求，旨在提升用戶保護水平和市場信任度。

According to SBS Biz, the Digital Asset Exchange Alliance (DAXA) in South Korea has issued the *Model Guidelines for Electronic System Operation and User Protection for Virtual Asset Operators*, which will come into effect in July this year. For the first time, the guidelines clarify the compensation liability of exchanges in the event of system failures and strengthen requirements for service continuity, internal controls, and information security, aiming to enhance user protection and market credibility.
